Company Context
Gameloft is an international video game developer and publisher specializing in mobile games. The company produces a wide range of titles, from original franchises to games based on well-known entertainment properties, reaching players through app stores and digital platforms around the world.
During my time at Gameloft Philippines, the studio supported the development and marketing of several popular mobile titles, including Asphalt, Dungeon Hunter, and Modern Combat, as well as licensed games tied to major film releases. These games were promoted through coordinated marketing campaigns designed to build awareness, attract new players, and support global launches.
To support these efforts, the marketing team produced a variety of digital and promotional materials across multiple channels. These assets helped communicate each game’s style, features, and story while maintaining consistency with the brand identity of both the game and its associated partners.

Each project required adapting the visual style of the game into formats suited for marketing and advertising. The challenge was maintaining strong brand recognition while ensuring that every asset remained clear, engaging, and effective across different platforms and screen sizes.

Web Banners
Banner ads were widely used in Gameloft’s marketing campaigns to promote new game releases, feature updates, and limited-time events. These placements appeared across gaming portals, partner websites, and online advertising networks where they served as an early visual introduction to the game.
Design Approach
My goal was to translate the energy and visual identity of each game into compact advertising formats. I focused on building layouts that highlighted key characters, action-driven moments, and promotional messaging while keeping the design clear and readable at small sizes.
Key Focus

Clear focal points for quick visual recognition

Strong character or gameplay imagery

Readable messaging within limited space

Adaptable layouts for multiple banner sizes
Facebook Game Promotions
Facebook was an important platform for promoting Gameloft titles and engaging players outside of the game itself. Campaigns often featured interactive promotions tied to game launches, updates, or special events, allowing players to participate directly through social media.

For these campaigns, I designed visual interfaces and assets that supported interactive experiences such as mini-games, challenges, and reward-based activities. The goal was to create layouts that were visually engaging while remaining intuitive enough for players to understand quickly.
